This is an extension of Saju's early works of maps. He was experimenting with how he could transform a flat google map in to a sphere. This is also giving a different dimension to a flat map, which gives challenges for the image transfer process.

Once you deeply dwell in the personal it will manifest as global. So everything has a global aspect. Moreover a significant portion of the southern hemisphere of the globe has been burnt probably the area of Antarctica. But it has been covered by the pedestal. This work also expresses the artist's concerns of environment & ecology.
