The work functions as a sculptural, two-sided aide-memoiré filled with embroidered gestures that are suggestive of quotidian moments: wobbling bottles of wine, grocery items tossed inside a bag, and circled-in months & dates when the artist’s mother gave birth to both of her children, who were aged 3 and 1 in the year 1990.
