Workshop at TARQ | The Art of Papercutting with Samir Bharadwaj

TARQ and Papernautic Studio are delighted to announce a paper-cutting workshop that ties in with the gallery's exhibition 'An Unquiet Mind' by Youdhisthir Maharjan. Starting with the simplest techniques and practice with paper-cutting tools, Samir Bharadwaj will introduce participants to the two major methods of paper-cut art. Participants will be taught how to create their own pieces using a selection of motifs.


Workshop at TARQ | Ekphrasis: From Visuals to Words

This two-hour writing workshop aims to encourage participants to explore the works in the gallery through a guided tour and learn how to express themselves through a very unique writing style called 'Ekphrasis'. Through this style that confronts art, participants reflect on the artwork, its themes and visual references as they craft their written pieces.
