Rewriting Space and Time – A Poetry Workshop in collaboration with the Goethe Institut, Mumbai

The seminars will attempt to present a discursive history of each subject, and the different theoretical approaches that have framed the subject in the academic arena, but more importantly in the sphere of various artistic practices.

Arabic Calligraphy Workshop with Zeenat Kulavoor

An initiation into Arabic calligraphy, the session will introduce participants to the script, including contemporary practices in art and design. Participants will be shown a live demo on writing in the script, followed by a guided calligraphy session with instructor Zeenat Kulavoor. At the end of the workshop, participants will be given a takeaway guide, as well as a calligraphy kit so that they can continue to practice on their own.
